Hi, I would like to know what do I do after I buy the cheats? Do I just load it up, as an administrator or what?

Yup, load as admin, a black cmd box will open and it will have ur username in it, leave it open (there is a setting if you want it closed) then you are free to open up csgo and cheat, just be sure to configure your settings before trying to play comp or something.
