Im trying to find a way to buy this,but i cant connect my credit card to PayPal for unimportant reasons.Im wondering if its possible to sell some of my ingame items on OpSkins and get the money on PayPal ,then using paypal to purchase the cheat without having a card connected? Saw someone wrote something about this on the forums,not 100% sure if i got it right.

Yes as long as OP skins transfers the earnings from selling skins to your PayPal account, it will be set as a PayPal credit, which then you can use to purchase things.
