What's the best way to cheat on an alternate account without getting banned? Making a seperate Windows User? But only on one computer.

Just do not link the accounts and clean usn and that stuff before changing.
And restart the computer and then use the computer normaly (dont log onto steam) for about an hour.
Most of this is probably not necessary, but its better to be safe than sorry

how to clean usn and how to know if accounts are linked? also.. Would I get trade banned if I ever get VAC banned? I kinda want to try your cheat but I am not sure if I should because I have nice items in my inventory

Yes, your items will be locked on your account meaning you can't trade or sell them on the market.

My suggestion would be to make a separate system on another drive to be sure nothing would be caught on the drive your operating system is on.
