Hi
If I will cheat on my second account and I will get VAC ban on it I will also get vac on my other account in which I did not used this cheat?

If you linked accounts through steam family sharing, both accounts will be banned.

If its an usn journal detection then yes (Hexui can't be affected by these, mostly cheats can't nowadays)
Else you would have to enable family sharing for the steam account.
