Is there any requirements?
Such as running as admin and/or using other processes (Other providers have this)
and is there any way to get good legit settings without purchasing the extra program? as i literally just have enough for a month

No, there arn't any requirments that I know of. You may have to run as Admin if the program is having troubles, but what from I have found you don't have to.
Legit Settings?
Yes, there is a way to get legit settings, there is a place where users can find legit settings and also change them. There is currently also a program that will configure good legit settings for you once you fill out the information in the program. Overall, it's a good hack, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to hack and look like they are completely legit.

It is really easy to get good legit settings if you have ever used a cheat before, if not just look around the forum, people share their settings etc
|

I've been using hardcore settings in the past never got OW just by team mates like 1-2 time with the triggerbot mostly when i decided to be blatant with the scout lol

the only thing you need to have to use the cheat is Net framework and that is something every computer should have, and also you need to update all widnows updates or else it can be buggy
