How does Silent loader work?

I was wondering if it is possible to use this on lan without they noticing me loading in the cheat or they can tab out of the game and see the cheat program.
Is there a way for be to just plug USB in and out, then cheat will be activated with RCS and such?

Well i'll be getting HexUI since my other cheat providers only talks bullshit and cant get their cheat up . is it possible to get a Private cheat that only 10-20 people use? i'm willing to pay extra for that
