Yeah so at this point i'm kinda upset about the whole thing. About 3 1/2 days ago my subscription ran out, and I really thought the cheat was nice so I resubscribed. However since I bought it I have not been able to use the software or access the membership forum. I have the PM saying that I have successfully subscribed and a successful Paypal transaction has occurred, but it's as if I didn't purchase anything.

I have tried
1. PMing Menalix, (the admin who sent the subscription confirmation this time, and the first one)
2. Contacting the support email (it says 12-72 hours, which is an extremely long amount of time.) and I've gotten no word back.
3. I've even opened up a dispute ticket on Paypal, hoping to catch their attention but still no word.

I would really hate to go on to a different cheat, since I enjoy using hexUI so much, but the lack of customer service is disappointing.

1. You dont PM Menalix you Pm Division Dreamers his in charge of Payments section.

2. You dont make a email support ticket you make it in Forum or else it wont be answerd.

3. You never open a dispute because that will get you banned only.

Customer service isnt lacking you just didnt post any thread for us to be able to help you.

1. A quick search (as finding information on who to contact for any type of issue shouldn't take a long time) on every page that I could find dealing with FAQ, contact, and purchasing didn't reveal any post/information that said to contact Division if there was a problem with the purchase. Why would I think to PM them if Menalix was the one who sent the confirmation PM in the first place?

2. I don't make an email ticket if I need to contact someone about a problem? Why bother having a support email at all? If the real way to get the problem solved would be to PM an Admin, why not just have a list of which Admin's to contact based on the problem you're having?

3. In the ToS it says I'm agreeing to purchase "a virtual non-refundable digital product which is premium VIP Forum Access". This is assuming that I received the cheat/member forum access in the first place which I did not. I'm going to open a dispute if I don't even receive the product in the first place. Obviously you can still ban me, but I'm not breaking any ToS.

Customer service is lacking, the contact page is bare of any information that will actually get you in touch with someone. When someone who didn't know who to really go to contacted an Admin on the situation, they were ignored. When I finally made a thread about it I get treated like an idiot for not knowing the inner workings hexUI and it's division of labor; and that the contact page is useless.

1. If you botherd to look into threads where someone would have same issue like you or any threads in pre sale or Off topic you would see Division dreamers type several times to the customers PM me thats payments is my area, the PM is automatic he doesnt send it manually.

2. The real way to solve a problem is to make a thread in the forum in this case its payment issues you contact Division dreamers, you can see all Admins and mods in members list.

3. We have a known issue with the payment system if you made a thread the minute you didnt get ur subscription onto payment i would have told you or Division Dreamers but you didnt.

Where did i threat you like an idiot? i answerd your questions just like you asked for.

All im trying to say for us to be able to help you out you should have just made a thread in the forum i dont have acces to support email and i dont know if Division Dreamers does either.

3. If you have opened the dispute there's nothing I can do for you, then it's up to menalix. We don't appreciate opening disputes for attention. We don't answer because it was in the middle of the night in europe on a workday. I even see your payment in the log, but I can't activate you, menalix will have to deal with it now.
