I readed all the reviews and all of them are really good, im convenced to buy it, but i just i have 1 question, can i really use it on my main acc without problems? what are the ways of getting banned by using it?

It's not recommended to use any cheat on your main.

Cheating always has a risk.

Hexui has a really long streak of undetection, this doesn't mean Hexui will never be detected. No-one knows when or if Hexui will be detected.
If a providers says they will never be detected than they're lying since that's impossible to know for certain.
Because of this it's recommended to play on a secondary account.

Then there's the risk of overwatch, But as long as you don't use rage settings (really strong settings) you will be fine. There's a section where people share their settings so you don't even have to make your own.
