Hello,

Efetuei buying for three days test, but I had a problem to run the program, trying to open it says it needs to close, I tried to email evil get the error:

Code:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     support@hexui.com

Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain hexui.com by mx1.privateemail.com. [162.213.252.112].

The error that the other server returned was:

550 no mailbox by that name is currently available

I opened a dispute on paypal to be paused my 3 days until the problem is resolved and I can use the software you

Apperently mail doesn't work I've heard.
Yes I will look at it later, next time post in support when you need help, chargebacks is not a way to communicate with us / pause your sub
