PayPal bugged out, can I pay by just sending the money over?

My PayPal bugged out and I keep getting an error option that I need to verify my phone. I there an option so I can just send over money a regular way?

It keeps giving me an error regarding PayPal onetouch while having it both on and off doesn't work...

As of right now we only accept PayPal and Bitcoin, sorry

I get that, and I wanna pay with PayPal, It just doesn't work when I click ''Pay with payPal'' I can just send money through the website itself though :/
