can i change the aimbot to lock on chest / leg ?

You can't make it lock onto the leg, but you can make it lock onto the chest.

You can also make it pick multiple aimspots, so you could put on head+chest and it would lock onto whatever is closer to your cursor

my aim is already sick but im affraid of 100 % HS so chest will be perfect
