Reveal cheaters?

Hello, I'm wondering if your cheat will reveal other cheaters when playing matchmaking? I prefer to play legit, but if the other team is cheating I want to even the odds. |

Only way I could see that working is if the other cheater(s) is using the same cheat and it is communicating with eachother somehow. Anorher way is to be able to spectate the opposite team. Okay. Is it possible to spectate the opposite team then? I'm willing to pay for something that could do that undetected. |
