Banned for no reason

Hello, I just played yesterday CS and after restart client i got message in client that HWID was changed. I came to site to find out what happend and my forum account was closed with following: "Your forum account is currently banned. Ban Reason: Banned due to a heuristic detection. Ban will be lifted: Never" I don't understand why, so, if you can please explain i would really appreciate. I strongly believe this is some kind of misunderstanding and i already made a ban appeal. The user id is monkeyS and i have created this account to resolve my issue faster. Thank you very much. |
