cant buy with credit card

tried buying with my mastercard but stripe gives me this error

Charge exception: Your card has insufficient funds.

my card has money on it and it works
no i dont have a prepaid card its a normal credit card from a regular bank
the card works everywhere else.

hmm sounds wierd, is there no way to contact stripe support?

I had the same problem try another card. It didnt work with a debit mastercard but then I used a credit visa and worked fine.
