| Was curious to pick up hexui again after a long hiatus from pc gaming. I went to purchase a sub but it said my card was declined. I use this card on a daily basis and was just curious what would be the cause of blocking my payment or what i could do? is paypal not a supported method anymore? | ||

Is there no decline details ? Send me the last 4-digits of your card in a payment issue thread, and not here. And I can find the failed payment and check the reason. |
