Renewed my subscription but still says im not subbed

| Hey, i've been a frequent user of Hex and i just now renewed my sub after a couple of months off and there seems to have been some sort of error with the payment going through, the money are drawn from my bank but im still marked as No sub and cant download the cheat etc. Usually when i renew its instant. | ||
