I have the same problem, bought another 3 months yesterday and now Im downgraded from Standard Customer to Member, and cant access the private parts of the forum.
And the cheat is not working for me either.

Post in the support section and the community of hexui members/admins will help you. I try to respond to most threads if I can or know the answer to.
