| Yes, you can use it on competitive, also on other league anti cheats. Not sure about the other question though. I am sure something can be negotiated. | ||

I think you can take Hexui with skins, but thats skins need to have 8,99 value = 1 month The cheat is great but care from Spectators (Viewers) because they can be some admin overwatching you. I have made 4 games today when I bought the hack, no problems in competitive, just be carefull and do not make much kills because you will be suspected for cheat and your steam profile will get reports. |
