I bought additional 3 months i dont know what happend??? i just came home and lost access it says by hwid needs be reset... so confused!

We have fixed a bug in our payment system, which caused users to remained sub, even after period of time had ran out, sorry pep, I hope you'll re-buy, after all the free-access you have had.
