I've been trying past two hours to recover my older account that have subscription on it without any success, even the email that I registered with is not recognized by the forum although I have the receipts and everything on that email.

How can I get help when I can't login in my primary account?

I think it's a bug then.
Because the Email that was connected to the account surely without a doubt was deleted. because I managed to open this account with the Email I was using on the other account.
