Is it able to bypass 5ewin while using VPN? and can i use sound esp in 5ewin?

yes if you connect to vpn after launching cheat.

so cheat > vpn > 5ewin

it's unknown if they record sounds, so it's on your own risk, I doubt they do. But they have sound libs.
