Can't buy cheat with credit card and other payment methods are not working

Hi, I wanted to buy Hexui for 1 month but I can't. When I pay I get "The card has insufficient funds to complete the purchase. Please try an alternative payment method." I have enought money on my card. Any ideas? Google pay is not working too.

Have you checked your card balance? sometimes it takes a while for the balance to go down after purchases.
