Hey, I don't really get what you guys mean by using a USB device, also, how do I use the cheat, bring up the menu, etc. I'd like a demonstration in a video please :3

There is no Video demonstration. You need USB stick for our cheat. There is no ingame menu

I use a Virtual Hard Drive as my only USB stick broke and it works just as well. There's full tutorials on how to set everything up once you become a member.

There's a tutorial on how to use power iso. Power iso is a software used to create virtual drives which are commonly used for mounting torrented games or as a substitute to not having a USB

You can use software to make a virtual usb, but you're more likely for a VAC ban as the security feature is gone.

I just delete the virtual drive after launching it. Do you think that would be any less secure than unplugging it?

Just detach the VHD and you'll be perfectly fine..
