First question, can I pay with skins?

Second question, I'm on my schools IP address but I also live off campus so my IP might change back n forth. Would this be a problem? Also since it is a college IP.. Could it be possible that another user is on the same IP address as me?

it's hwid not ip locked mate Smile
we don't take skins as a payment
