My country don't support paypal and i cant get bit coins either , i can pay in steam wallet code in advance.

Buy skins and sell them in opskins to paypal. You dont need an card added to your paypal account.

In my country you just can't have any balance in PayPal, they transfer it to bank account and only international credit cards are accepted at PayPal so paying from paypal isn't possible ;_;
