Is there any way to pay for the cheat using my Paypal balance?
I have a card linked but I would like to use my current balance.

PayPal should automatically use the PayPal balance, if there is not enough in the balance, it will use that amount and fund the rest from your card.

Unfortunately it doesn't give me the option to pay using my balance even though I have enough in my paypal account.

What currency is it in, you might need to make sure it's in euros
