https://hexui.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=11537 You get a PM if you've paid by e-check explaining what it is  E-check is you use your bank as funding source, then paypal will mark the payment as pending until they receive the money from your bank. |

if it's marked as pending it means the balance has not cleared yet you will need to clear that out with paypal we don't control if it's pending or not, we just upgrade once paypal tells us it's completed feel free to open a payment issue thread for more indepth discussion |
