Serious subscription / upgrade issues

I have been waiting until now, no one has dealt with my payment problem, I am very anxious, I like HEXUI and bought a 90-day subscription, but when the credit card is paid, the network disconnection occurs, but the mobile phone prompts that the payment has been successful (provide relevant recording). The problem is that I didn't get a subscription. I hope to be helped!

Send the the last 4-digits of your card in a payment issue thread (https://hexui.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?fid=63) and proof of transaction, and not here only staff will be able to see threads there. So Menalix (owner) can give you the sub.
