This is just a case of the language barrier. 'mb' meant My bad, I don't think Frej knew that, so he tried to explain it better =P
All is well. As for paypal not being available, what country do you live in? Some countries you can't create an account but you can just checkout as guest and input credit cards details, etc.

English is not my native language, I am not that good at those short phrases so from now I now what 'my bad (mb)' means... sorry for that tho 
I live in Montenegro, I created account, but there's no my country in the list, so I tried to choose country that's near mine but to be on that list, so I choose Serbia.. When I come to credit/debit card settings, I filled all blank boxes (credit card number, expiration date, etc...) and than it says that I should use only cards from country that I select on the list...

Your best bet is to wait for Menalix to hop on =/ Unfortunately there probably isn't any way outside of PayPal to acquire Hexui.
