I think you need a Credit card on your Paypal to be able to buy anything at all really, Contact Menalix or Division Dreamers

I stil have balance in my paypal, so I can send to some mod and they can subscribe me for 1 month? sorry english is bad. i dont need credit or debit

you would have to contact Menalix since ONLY admins can Give subscription. Division Dreamers is an admin aswell so contact him 2.
