Bought new subscription but not received

As topic my subscription was end today 20th, and yesterday i buy new 1 month, complete payment etc, got even pm from menalix confirming this, but i dont have received the new subscription. i made pm already to menalix with SS of payment, but dont received any reply. looking for the subscription still

You need to wait a bit, when system doesnt instant activate you he needs to manual do it, make sure you had transaction ID in SS
|

hmm i think i failed somehow putting the screenshot in my first pm, now i sent new and the SS can be seen now.
