The problem is right there. And Yes 11.95 Dollars is not enoug its 11.95 Euro thats why the other purchases fucked up for you i think.
You've created to many unconfirmed purchases there for that happend.
Maybe go to Coinpayments and search for a solution

you should also re-check this problem, because there might be users with paypal problems, even if they fix the problem they just can't buy the cheat cuz of this unconfirmed thing.

The problem in this case was that you didnt have enough money and you still tried to buy it even though you didnt have enough funds, you thought it was a problem with coinpayment therefor you closed it down and retried until that block. So there is nothing wrong with the system.
And no we do not do manual purchases sorry.
