It should be displayed the ban message when you log-in to the banned user account, but here:
"Users disrespecting my work has no place here." - So find another place, and lying about what you did doesn't make your situation with us better, spamming me on pm does not make it better either.
You disrespected my work, by publicly in the shoutbox, saying a vac ban-wave was coming upon us, without no evidence or what so ever, just to create fear among our users, I have personally zero-tolerance against such actions, because such sayings, might fast spread as a rumour and harm our business, like seen before, which means I might loose money, when I loose money, I as person have less to spend, hence why makes my real personal life more hard to live, therefor I find your action deep disrespectful.
Users are free to say that we are detected IF we is, but that's not what you did. Next time you believe a certain cheat will be detected within short-time and want to tell it public, please show your VAC Employee contract.
