Is there a way I can pay anyone in steam skins? I can and will buy it from another individual if they are trusted (i will go first if so)

There used to be a payment method this way but the admin discontinued it so therefore it no longer works. You can't pay skins anymore sadly.

There never was a Payment method with skins. 1 Admin helped people get Sub with currency trades ETC

I doubt anyone will though unless you overpay quite a bit.
