Only external cheats effect the window mode/fullscreen.
Hexui is internal.

Hexui is external, but to my knowledge the thing that requires some cheats to be run in fullscreen is due to a tecnique used to draw ESP's, which is mostly used for external cheats. but I could be wrong 
Anyways hexui does not require you to be windowed / windowed fullscreen or fullscreen, or any kind of resolution.. you can pick whatever you like
