Hexui uses external software and account-specific modules. Your account provides the client download, subscription information and hardware management.
Compatibility
Check the latest product announcements or contact support for information about the game version, platform or league you use.
Your account
Use a unique password and keep reset and confirmation links private. Password-reset links work once and expire after one hour. Resetting a password invalidates the account’s client tokens. Do not share your account credentials.
Hardware binding
Client logins can bind up to two hardware identifiers to your account. Adding a third machine requires a hardware reset, which clears both bindings, their client tokens and encrypted module copies. The configured reset cooldown applies.

This panel stores the information needed to operate accounts, subscriptions and the community. Read the privacy policy for details.
Report a security issue
Contact support privately with the affected page, a description and safe steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include passwords, reset links, API tokens or other customers’ data.
