VAC Live refers to live anti-cheat enforcement in Counter-Strike 2. A match can be cancelled when cheating or irregular gameplay is detected, and Valve may apply a cooldown or ban.
VAC Live, VAC and VACNet are related names, but they describe different parts of Valve’s anti-cheat protection. A previous detection record is not a guarantee of future compatibility.
For Valve’s explanation of match cancellations and cooldowns, see Steam Support’s CS2 cooldown and ban guide.
